In my view team coaching is one of the most important areas of executive coaching since it defines the workplace.

Team coaching calls for a highly skilled approach as working with a number of people, all with different viewpoints and skills, can prove a complex and delicate issue.

Each workshop is bespoke and takes into account the performance issues in question which generally arise out of one or more of the following:

  • Poor Communication
  • Problems in team leadership
  • Lack of honesty and trust
  • Poor time management
  • Interpersonal rivalry or bad feeling between team members
  • Undefined roles
  • Bad conflict management

By working closely and in unison covering these kinds of issues, the team is able to move on to a much improved and happier working relationship.
