 I am an executive coach and counsellor. My extensive experience at senior level within the FMCG sector has provided me with an empathic platform from which to help people and organisations create a caring, nurturing attitude putting back the 'human' in human resources.
I have held a variety of senior posts within the Estee Lauder Group all of which required people skills and included global sales promotion, training and motivational speaking. At Alfred Dunhill I had the added responsibilty of revamping a range of products for Europe and the Far East, in addition to providing public relations within the Hilton Hotel Group before launching my own sales and marketing consultancy.
This wide and varied career has provided an invaluable foundation for my coaching.
